Kayla is a Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate (MFTC) in Colorado and holds a Master’s degree in Couple and Family Therapy from the University of Colorado Denver. She sees individuals, couples, and families both in-person and virtually.

As a therapist, Kayla makes clients feel genuinely heard, understood, and gently challenged in the best way. She brings warmth, realness, and a clear therapeutic focus to her work—helping clients build emotional insight, improve communication, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives and relationships.

Kayla has a special passion for working with men navigating emotional expression, identity, and connection. She also supports clients through challenges related to addiction, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. She works with couples to strengthen their relationships and with neurodivergent individuals—especially those with ADHD—to develop self-understanding, practical tools, and confidence.

Drawing on training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Relational Life Therapy (RLT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Kayla brings both structure and flexibility into the room. Jen is a Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate (MFTC) in Colorado and holds a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Colorado Denver. She works with individuals, couples, families, teens, and children ages 8 and up.

Whether working with an individual, couple or family unit, Jen addresses relational issues and emotional attachments. She works with clients to understand what is getting in the way of meaningful connection and help build relational skills. Her clients are couples stuck in the same old conflict and individuals looking to heal their relational hurts. Relationships and human connection are fundamental to our wellbeing, and they can be quite challenging to navigate. Jen helps couples, families, and individuals reconnect to the joy in their lives and relationships. Her therapeutic style is engaged, warm and direct. She brings a blend of theoretical knowledge, practical skills and life experience to her sessions. She uses elements of Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and mindfulness techniques. Jen is dedicated to creating safe and welcoming spaces for healing and finds that humor can foster connections in the therapeutic relationship.
