Elise helps people get out of their heads and into the conversations that actually matter. She’s especially passionate about working with couples and individuals navigating modern relationships, identity, and connection in a fast-moving world.

Her style is warm, real, and she also likes to bring her clients laughter again. As someone who is both highly cognitive and deeply sensitive, she’s great at helping clients bridge insight with emotion—especially if emotional work feels new or uncomfortable. She also understands ADHD firsthand, and collaborates with clients to slow things down and make therapy feel doable, not overwhelming.

Before becoming a therapist, Elise worked in climate advocacy, and she still believes that better relationships—both with ourselves and others—are at the heart of meaningful change.
