Taylor’s work is deeply relational, experiential, and grounded in attachment. Drawing from AEDP and EFT, she helps clients move beyond just talking about problems and into actually feeling and transforming them. She integrates somatic awareness and present-moment tracking, supporting clients in understanding their nervous system and creating a deeper sense of internal and relational safety.
She has a particular passion for working with couples committed to growth, as well as individuals in their late 20s and 30s navigating identity, “quarter-life” transitions, and the impact of early relational wounds. Taylor also works with clients healing from narcissistic family dynamics, infidelity, and challenges with emotional and physical intimacy.
Taylor’s style is warm, attuned, and unafraid to stay with clients in the hard moments. She brings humor into the room when it fits, while also helping clients slow down and go deeper—often guiding them to discover that there is more right within them than they may believe. She sees therapy as a collaborative process of helping clients reconnect with their own inner wisdom, build emotional resilience, and create more meaningful, secure relationships.
If you’re looking for a therapist who is deeply present, emotionally engaged, and committed to helping you do real, transformative work, Taylor may be a great fit.
