Selena has a masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from University of San Diego and is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate. She has been performing therapy with couples and individuals for over five years.

Selena is passionate about helping couples stay connected, even through conflict, and helping couples learn how to turn conflict into a strength that allows partners to feel more seen and heard. She enjoys working with couples in any stage of a relationship, and helping partners to feel safe showing up authentically together. She also enjoys working with individuals to process emotions and life events in a supportive environment, and learn how to calm their nervous system to feel safe while journeying through healing together. Selena’s style is both direct and attuning to her client’s unique needs and experiences. Kristina attained a Masters degree in Couple and Family Therapy, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), and specializes in couples counseling and relationships. She has over 20 years of experience in the field and has worked with couples primarily for over 15 years. She has a compassionate and directive approach, and she loves studying and utilizing the neuroscience of love and attachment. She helps individuals and couples get out from under anger and withdrawal to find closeness and healthy communication. Of special interest, she loves working with ADHD individuals/couples and pilot/aviation families.
